I've spoken about how popular the Enclave at White Rock is in the East Dallas real estate market.  When people invest in a property here, they typically end up being a resident for life.  So, if a property comes up for sale, it is wise to jump on it as soon as possible. The Enclave at White Rock is a wonderful place to live, offering its residents a healthy, active lifestyle.  It's easy to see why this is one of the most highly sought-after places to live, especially when you look at their real estate statistics. The Enclave at White Rock Lake in Dallas Texas was developed and built by David Weekly Homes between 1998 and 2000.   It is a gated development of  approximately 170 garden homes very close to White Rock Lake.   The community has a private, stocked "lake" as well as its own wooded jogging trails.
