It is such a nice luxury to have so many offices.  Most Realtors only have one office.  Some Realtors who belong to multi-office companies sometimes have several offices they can meet clients at.Luckily... Saturday afternoon I spent some time with a really neat person.  We met at what has become an "office away from the office" for many of us Realtors... Starbucks !My friend is Sharon Yeary.  Some time ago Sharon started her very own real estate company... I am pleased to say that I had a very exciting (to me, at least) experience tonight.  Today in my email I received my usual weekly set of coupons for Border's Books.  I decided to make the trip over to Border's and browse around.  I actually bought two books... one each from either end of the conservative-liberal spectrum.  The first one was Joel Osteen's Become A Better You.  As you may know, Joel Osteen is the pastor of the 25,000 seat Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas.  I read Joel's first book, Your Best Life Now, and really enjoyed it... and found some meaningful things in it.  The second book I purchased was The Two Marys by Sylvia Browne.  The sub-title of the book is "The Hidden History of Mary the Mother of Jesus, and Mary Magdalene, the "companion" of Jesus."  I am not sure if... 11/14/2007

My husband, Mark and I use to live in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Colleyville.  Emerald Park is a gated community with 72 homes located in Colleyville.  Not only is it convenient to all the great things in Colleyville, but is also minutes away to Southlake Town Square.  We have met some great neighbors in this community and can now call them friends.  Also, Mark's parents purchased a home 5 doors down from us and moved in about 7 months after us.  Although we have moved from this neighborhood to be closer to our office in Colleyville, we still remain in touch with many of our neighbors/friends.  Emerald Park is a great neighborhood to live in and we hope that you find this information valuable.  We have a listing in this neighborhood as well and truly think it is one of the prett... 08/14/2007

Colleyville is a fabulous place to live....  Colleyville was previously known as Coleysville. It's a suburb of Fort Worth just off of state Highway 26 in Northeast Tarrant County.  Colleyville is located next to the suburb of Southlake.  The other communities that surround Colleyville are North Richland Hills, Hurst, Grapevine and Euless.  Colleyville is 15 minutes from the DFW airport, 30 minutes from Dallas, 30 minutes from Fort Worth.Colleyville is a growing community...Everytime I drive through town I notice a new shop or wonderful little place to eat.  I especially love the wonderful new Town Center filled with Mediterranean Styled buildings filled with quaint little specialty shops, restaurants and businesses. Every year Colleyville has a wonderful Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony... 11/16/2006
