Happy First Quarter SOLDS!!  Fourteen Pebble Creek Homes SOLD during the first quarter of 2019 Last night, my daughter and I took a walk over in the new construction part of the subdivision.We saw a doe at the edge of the forest. She watched us, but did not seem afraid at all. At Texas A&M University, the current enrollment is around 69,000 students (per an article from Oct. 2018--there were 69,367 students enrolled on the 20th class day) With the increase in growth, came a need for more and more off-campus student housing. For the third quarter ending September 30, 2018 -- there were FOUR Waterwood Townhome (Condos) which sold -- ranging in price from $165,000 for a 3 bedroom unit up to $195,000 for a four-bedroom unit.   Average sales price/sq. ft. = $114.40 with the highest sales price/sq. ft. = $117.  Of course, not all condos are going to be equal in quality!
