I really like east Austin. There are several projects that I've been watching over there too. Waller 41 is one of them. It's cute, spacious and in the heart of everything. One of the more interesting features is the lack of a tub replaced by a stand up shower that you'll have to see for yourself. It works, but something feels a little off. Waller 41 - Type: "Cool Type" Condo conversion.
