Pink House Team Pamela Madore Strengths Finder 2.0 is a book by Tom Rath about, as the name suggests, finding your strengths. Sometimes your strengths can drive you nuts. One of my strengths is "achiever". I am a very high achiever which means that at the end of the day, I must have accomplished something. The interesting part about that is, if you have a particular thing in mind that you want to accomplish and the plan go sideways, you can't replace it. It becomes very frustrating.
