It is hot here in Amarillo.   During this time of year in Amarillo it is very important that if you want to sell your house fast, you will turn down the air.  I know it may cost you a couple of hundred dollars extra by keeping it low but if it takes you 2-3 extra months to sell your house you have spent more than $200. Picture this.  It is 102 and I am showing potential buyers houses. We have narrowed their search down to 3 houses that fit their needs.    We go to house #1.  It meets all of their needs as we knew it would but by the time we have walked through the house once, we were so hot we left just to get into the air conditioned car. When you are buying or selling real estate whether it is a house or land, it is important to have a survey.  Most lenders will require a survey because they want to know what they are lending on.  The survey will show you where your property lines are.  You can hire a local surveyor to go out and do their survey and stake the lines. I have two cats.  They hate me and they hate each other. This morning I was at my desk working on my computer.  I have an external mouse.  All of a sudden my cursor was jumping all over the place on my screen.  Every time I moved it, it moved right back.  It makes it very hard to get anything done that way. One of my two cats was really frustrating me because she was laying on the floor near me beating up my computer bag.  It was just too much.  This computer has been a lot of problems for me anyway. As it turned out, I have two external mouses (mice?) and one was in the computer bag. Apparently, the one in my bag was also turned on. My cat was playing with my mouse.  Go figure.
