As I was looking for houses in the MLS earlier today I noticed that every time I went back to listing screen the amount of active listings had changed.  These numbers probably seem pretty little to most of you but that is what we work with here.  That number includes all lisitings--residential, multi-family-land, etc.   Sundays can actually be a pretty slow entry day, too.  Earlier today I watched it go up and down, up and down live.   This means it is a really fast real estate market here in Amarillo.  I hope you are all having such a fast market, too!     08/10/2014
