  ALL TAILS ARE WAGGING IN ALVIN TEXAS!   All tails are wagging in Alvin! This is because the Alvin Parks Board is working on a project to complete a dog park. This park will be a two+ acre project and is behind and contiguous to the YMCA located at 3201 South Business 35. The project is in its construction beginning stage and there are still many details to be ironed out. There will be a small dog section as well a section for larger dogs. The park will have ample people parking and have several human and doggie water drinking fountains as well. While I would think humans will supervise their dogs there is also a massive trail system in the park that extends over to the Alvin Community College's five mile walking trail system.   The name of the park will be the Alvin Dog Park at Brisco... 06/06/2013
