Home sales in the Allen area were down 12% in February 2014 compared to last year, with 87 homes selling this month. So far this year, overall home sales have a decrease of 13% , with 143 homes sold. New Allen real estate listings decreased 5% from last year, with 140 homes listed this month. For the year-to-date, home listings have decreased 7%, with 253 homes listed.
