Home sales during December in Addison dipped 29%, with 154 houses sold this month. During 2015, home sales have reached 1,800 overall, which is a 7% drop from a year ago. New houses listed year-to-date climbed 10% relative to the same period last year, with 1,800 properties sold this year. New real estate listings during December in Addison declined 13%, with 88 properties listed this month. Cumulatively this year, homes sold fell 7% compared to the same month last year, with 1,684 houses sold. Addison listings under contract were at 79 properties this month, a 26% decrease from the previous month.
