Asbury Circle is a townhome development just south of Belt Line Road in Addison. It's tucked back, off the street, and you may have driven past it and not noticed it. The building along the south end of the subdivision faces the Addison Athletic Club and is visible from Beltway Drive.The 72 townhomes were built 2008-2011 by Ashton Woods.  There are 2 different floor plans; all have a 2-car garage and a balcony, and all are 3-stories. The "M" word everyone fearsI have no idea why this came out sideways, any way to fix it would be appreciated. It was fine when I imported it.No one wants to hear or see the word "Mold" in their home inspection, but it happens doesn't it?Mold remediation can be very expensive. Mold typically grows in dark damp places... like in this case, inside the wall. What you are actually seeing is what is coming through the wall, it is very likely once we open that wall we will see logs more mold than you see right here.You are caught between a rock and a hard place sometimes. If you don't be honest and call it on a renovation loan, you can be way out on a limb. Even though remediation is pretty expensive it may be necessary for the health and well being of the buyers.It isn't your job to hide this... 03/11/2017
