With this post, I join the Millionaire's Club on Active Rain!I haven't been as "active" as I once was here, but it certainly has been "raining" as a result of my past efforts. When I joined in 2006, I didn't know that I'd make friends here, learn so much about real estate, and have fun!I  get phone calls about ordering a pizza (I wrote about a local pizzeria), adopting a pet (I wrote about a local no-kill animal shelter), wondering where the fireworks were on July 4th (we do KaboomTown here in Addison on July 3rd and I wrote about that, too), and many, many calls about real estate - all from my "local" posts.It's been a journey. It's a journey I will continue.Thanks to everyone who reads, comments, and follows my Addison Update blog on Active Rain.  Here's to the next million points!

Many years ago, I showed a condo that was listed in the MLS to a buyer.  The photos depicted the unit as it was when the seller lived there, before he began his "remodeling" project.
