Houses sold during January in Addison declined 18%, with 98 houses sold. This year, houses sold have reached 98 overall, which is a 18% drop relative to the same period last year. So far this year, new homes listed are at 141 in all, which is a 11% dip from last year. There were 141 new houses listed this month, a 11% gain from last month. Home sales during December in Addison dipped 29%, with 154 houses sold this month. During 2015, home sales have reached 1,800 overall, which is a 7% drop from a year ago. New houses listed year-to-date climbed 10% relative to the same period last year, with 1,800 properties sold this year. New real estate listings during December in Addison declined 13%, with 88 properties listed this month.
