Video is the newest photo tool to promote listings, yourself, and your area. To get started all you need is a digital video camera; here's some good choices from this month's Residential Specialist Magazine for CRS designess or candidates. First, most popular, cheapest, and easiest is The Flip at under $150.00. Yahoo calls it: "The world's simpliest video camera."   Second on the list for around 100 bucks or so is the Small Wonder EZ201 by RCA Number 3 and a step up in price to around three hundred dollars or so is the Sony MiniDV Handycam® Camcorder Last, and not least in price is the Canon Vixia HV30 At around a thousand bucks Canon says it for "sophisticated and discerning videographers".
