Many homes are going under contract in the first day and some neighborhoods and developments don't even have any inventory. When a buyer recently lost out on a condo purchase, I agreed to solicit other owners in this development who owned condos of a similar size. The most recent comparable sale closed for $349K in March 2014 for approximately 1,750 square feet. Jamison Station are multi level condos in Franklin, near downtown.  They are across from The Factory, an interesting local area for events, dining and shopping.  They are billed as loft style which is not exactly what they are.  They have wonderful high ceilings with exposed ceiling beams and lighting, etc.  But each unit has 2 distinct floors.  Some of the larger units have the more open "loft" style.
