If you are a pet owner looking to buy a Franklin TN condo or townhome, make sure you get a copy of the Covenants, Codes and Regulations (CC&Rs) prior to writing an offer. Some condominium developments limit the number and size of the pets you may be allowed to have in the condo and common areas. This recently occurred when a buyer realized the condo development where he was looking to purchase did not allow dogs over 80 pounds. He has, not only one, but two St. Bernards. Not only are they big, they can be quite messy. Review the CC&Rs carefully. If there is a restriction, check with the HOA to see if they will make an exception. Recent Franklin TN Condo Buyers Determine Price, Not Me The Franklin TN real estate market is very hot right now. Many homes are going under contract in the first day and some neighborhoods and developments don't even have any inventory. When a buyer recently lost out on a condo purchase, I agreed to solicit other owners in this development who owned condos of a similar size. The most recent comparable sale closed for $349K in March 2014 for approximately 1,750 square feet. In This Hot Franklin TN Real Estate Market Homes May Not Appraise The demand for Franklin TN homes is high right now. Unfortunately, the inventory is low. We all know what that means. Housing prices are on the rise. Buyers are paying full price or above to get the home they want. There's only one problem. Jamison Station are multi level condos in Franklin, near downtown.  They are across from The Factory, an interesting local area for events, dining and shopping.  They are billed as loft style which is not exactly what they are.  They have wonderful high ceilings with exposed ceiling beams and lighting, etc.  But each unit has 2 distinct floors.  Some of the larger units have the more open "loft" style.
