Do you hire your Realtor based on commission? Shame on you... In today's real estate it is far more technical than placing your listing in the MLS = multiple listing service. Or displaying an agencies sign in your front lawn. Today's real estate demands a strong online presence! Is your home easy to find when you do a search? (I challenge you to give it a try.) When your first thought is "commission" when beginning to start your Realtor search - You are already starting out at the bottom of the sales list. As a Technology Realtor my valuable time along with my team is spent marketing your property online. Over 83% of buyers find their home on the Internet. Most Realtors do not know the meaning and value of a Blog, Tag, Meta tag, Search engines or national and worldwide online real estat...

As a seller there are so many things you can do to add value and curb appeal to your home that are cost effective. Some may require no money at all. As a Real Estate Agent I hear "feedback" all the time from potential buyers while house hunting. The biggest concern I hear is "clutter" and how they cannot get a real feel for the home with so much clutter. If you are like me, a pack rat, never wanting to throw anything away because it has some sort of sentimental value, I get it, however to a potential buyer it does not even have half the meaning to them as it does to you. I have found that those $5.00 storage bins that you find at walmart are wonderful and cleans up a lot of clutter of papers, books, memorabiale and such and can easily slide under a bed.  Although it may not seem like clu...

It's time we get back to the good ole days. (Where did the Nosy Neighbors go?) Or maybe they are more discrete? Not sure...but I do know that there was a time when your neighbors would give you a call or stop by to let you know if anything happened while you where away. (I'm glad to still have this in my neighborhood) One of the best ways to beat crime in today's everyday life is to look after your neighbor's property when they are away. Now I'm not saying you should knock on their door when you notice that there is a new UPS driver for your community - Or if Mrs Jones bought a new car. (save that for the gossip fence) I'm simply stating that you should introduce yourself to your neighbors if you have not already and when you plan to be away on a weekend trip to Gatlinburg or a visit to...

Let's get into shape Crossville. Most of us have busy lives so where do we find the time to work out or exercise in today's hectic world? A local licensed Realtor for Crossville, Tennessee and surrounding area's. My days are filled with appointments, showings, marketing and the never ending tasks of today's technology real estate. By the time my day comes to an end I often wonder how I can squeeze in an hour a day to concentrate on my physical health. Yoga has always been my answer! Don't let images of crazy stances and positions fool you. Yoga is simply stretching your muscles at your own pace. Producing more energy and weight loss. I also enjoy traditional exercises such as the treadmill. Pumping a few irons wont hurt either. Crossville Community Information Below is a list of Crossvi...

One of the greatest things about living in Crossville-Cumberland County Tennessee is the water. Water just seems to bring that easy, peaceful feeling. Coupled with mountains you can create your very own oasis right here in Crossville TN.   This year we had several family members come here to Crossville Tennessee to enjoy the wide open spaces, crystal clear waters and yes the many views of the mountains. It was wonderful seeing family we hadn't seen in a few years, catching up on old times and telling all those stories of when we were " kids". We spent most of our time laying on the beach, taking our boat for a spin around Lake Tansi and enjoyed roasting marshmallows in the evening. The best part was watching all the children play on the playground in Lake Tansi or jumping off the dock ...

ALL PRODUCTS THAT ARE SOLD AT CROSSVILLE'S FARMERS MARKET MUST BE LOCALLY GROWN AND PRODUCED IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY. Giving back to the community when we buy products and locally grown produce is just one small way we can join together to help our fellow neighbors. Not only produce - You will also find local Mennonite products, candles, fresh cut flowers, fresh herbs, seeds and yummy treats. If your like me - I would much rather buy local fruits and veggies than from a super market where they are shipped in from afar.  Visit the farmers at Hwy 70 and Livingston Rd in Crossville, just a jump up the road from the Crossville flea market. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 5am till Noon.
