I'm sure you have heard reports about how the housing markets have gone down and how Memphis has declined as well (number 13 in nation for Foreclosures). But the Collierville Market (suburb of Memphis) is going strong.  I was conducting research for a Collierville home that my team, The Landry Team of Collierville, TN, will be listing.  Research showed that in the subdivision of the subject property, the recently sold homes have been on the market for a maximum of 1-3 months.  The media projects that homes are selling under market value...if they sell at all. Historic Town Square in Collierville Tennessee is really wonderful. I just found the previous site today and it shows some great pictures of the square. On Friday nights in the summer they have blue grass jam sessions. There is a lot of emphasis in preserving and enhancing town square. The town of Collierville has done a great job with this. In the last few years several restaurants have opened on the square, a variety of other business have opened as well.
