Well, the residents of St. Elmo seem to think so - and I heartily agree!   As a quasi member of that community, I listed, then sold a home to a good friend friend of mine in the area and have for YEARS eaten at the restaurants like Shaprio's Deli, Mojo Burrito, Mr. T's, Quiznos, Moca Joe's Coffee House, Hoppy's/Captain Jack's/now Sugars' Ribs new location, shopped at the Winn Dixie now Bilo, climbed at TBA, hiked up and down Lookout Mountain, ridden the Incline Railway, taken my girls to the South Chattanooga Recreation Center for swimming, gymnastics, etc., spent many hours at the Library, and am looking forward to the new Lookout Mountain Arts Gallery, I am a member of the neighborhood listserve.  The community decided to create a logo.  I really like it.  I also noticed while showing...
