This weekend it all begins....for the next three weeks we be will "Motorcycle Central" as the bikers visit for the annual bike rally.  It is quite entertaining and very busy around here.  Life for the locals will not be the same for the rest of May.  From one end of the "Grand Strand" to the other -  bikers will have events and places to visit.  It is a real boost for our economy.  I personally like all the excitement, but we do have some locals who are not the least bit entertained. If you are a biker you should check the annual event out, it is a crowd pleaser and the weather should be great...So grab you leathers and come South!Check out these sites for more information:           http://www.myrtlebeachharley.com/http://www.myrtlebeachbikeweek.com/http://www.myrtlebeachspringrally.com...

Now is still a great time to sell your property if your Realtor gives you a CMA or comparative market analysis. I do all my homework before I just throw out a price you just want to hear. I will tell you if it is your best interest to sell or not. I am not in the business, just for another listing. I am in the business to sell your home. If you are thinking of selling, please give me the opportunity to help you in the process of properly pricing to sell. A fellow REALTOR sent me this and a few other pictures of the Pavilion today. I thought others might enjoy them. I know for almost anyone that has visited the Grand Strand has memories of the Pavilion. I know for me there are many memories. Before I relocated to the Strand 4.5 years ago my family vacationed here for 20 years in a row and the Pavilion was always on our list of places we had to go to while we were here. I hope you enjoy this picture and will post some of your memories from the Pavilion. I will post the others in the next few days.

I had never been to Myrtle Beach and I was glad to be there this time of year. When we arrived it was in the upper 70's and the sun was starting to set. The next day was great, sunny and mild. It was about 46 degrees when I was dropped off at the Prestwick Country Club and I checked in at the pro shop and went directly to the driving range to warm up. It has been 5 months since I swung a golf club. I needed to get the cobwebs off and loosen up.I warmed up and I still felt like I hadn't swung a club in 5 months.  The putting green was in sensational shape. I was able to putt like I had been on the PGA tour. Putts dropped all over the place. I couldn't wait to play my round. Since I was a single player the course hooked me up with two average Joe's from Spartanburg, NC. Harris and Trent w...
