Wow!  Finally sales! Handsmill on Lake Wylie has begun a very agressive Land Liquidation Sale on Phase I homesites.  Obviously the prices are very dramatic reduction because sales have skyrocketed!  And in this market, it is amazing! Handsmill on Lake Wylie's newly finished lakefront clubhouse is absolutely gorgeous.  It is LEED ceritified, has a salt water pool, outdoor fireplace and a fitness center.  The best part, in my opinion, is that is on three acres of prime lakefront pristine Lake Wylie. Homesites in Handsmill on Lake Wylie begin at $45,000 for interior homesites and $145,000 for waterfront homesites. Handsmill on Lake Wylie's gated secure entrance is in the final stages of being installed. Come out and see why Handsmill on Lake Wylie is selling!! Call me for a pricesheet at:...

Back in 1986 Gina moved to Lake Wylie, SC and for 2 years that area was home.  Talk about paradise.  At the time, Lake Wylie was peaceful, quiet, relaxing and tons of fun.  Back then there was not much at Lake Wylie, but today it is a whole new world.  Restaurants which were popular dining spots are still present today such as the River Rat and T-Bone's, but more restaurants have popped up in the area.  Today there are also lots of shopping areas, grocery stores, an awesome golf driving range and several other conveniences that just a few years ago were not even thought about are popping up all over the Lake Wylie area.  Lake Wylie is still beautiful and peaceful and there is nothing that can compare to lake living.  Lake Wylie has something for everyone who desires to be part of this ...

If you are looking for a dining atmosphere that is unique, relaxed, has atmosphere and great food then T-Bone's is just the place for you.  Situated on beautiful Lake Wylie, T-Bone's is a favorite of locals and visitors alike.  The menu is full of items to suit any craving such as chicken dishes, seafood, ribs, steaks and pasta dishes (the Cajun chicken pasta is to die for).  T-Bone's is a great place to meet with friends and enjoy the large deck that looks out on the water.  Boats can pull right up so diners can come in and enjoy a nice and relaxing meal.  During spring and summer live music on the deck is common and you will usually always see someone you know.  So if you desire great food, awesome atmosphere and a wonderful way to kick back and relax and you might see  The Guilliams...

For potential home buyers who are looking to purchase a home immediately or in the future, visiting open houses is a great way to learn about neighborhoods, decide features that are important , and be current on what is available on the market in order to do some comparisons.   Open houses are a great way to visit homes on the market at your leisure with no pressure to buy when you walk in.  We encourage potential buyers to visit open houses to help them narrow down and determine what elements are important to them when they are ready to buy their home.  Many buyers aren't sure what features they want in a home so open houses can give buyers a visual to see how they have incorporated various features and functions in their homes.  Open houses are an easy way to get ideas and check out ...

When putting your home on the market for sale make sure you are working with a real estate professional who will do more than just put a sign in the front yard.  Today's buyers don't spend time driving all over town into various neighborhoods to see what homes are on the market.  In the age of technology potential buyers are shopping from home to research what homes are on the market and find the best match for their needs.  Make sure your real estate professional takes advantage of all the power of the internet with visual tours, various websites to advertise, etc in order to get the maximum exposure for your home.  There are a number of websites that people will search so make sure you are taking full advantage of these 21st century tools.  If you are looking for a real estate profes...
