Neighborhood Spotlight: Pine Ridge, Bluffton, SC This very nice community is located just off of Buckwalter Parkway and also has an entrance off of McCracken Circle. The great thing about Pine Ridge is that it is in easy walking distance and close proximity to the Bluffton School Campus - with early childhood learning center, elementary school, middle school, and just around the circle, the Bluffton High School. Also a short walk away is the Boys and Girls Club. Some of these charts may look like spaghetti they are a pretty good visual illustrating a bit of what our market did in 2015. HOW ACTIVE WAS THE MARKET So, the most active market was what we call Bluffton/Off Plantation; this encompasses all the communities that are not behind gates (in general, though there are a couple that do have some sort of security).
