The Prospect Terrace Park Where it all began on the night of June 26, 2010 as we met at 8:00pm at the Prospect Terrace Park, also referred as Prospect Park, on the east side of Providence, RI called the Eastside, on Congdon Street (formerly known as Bowen Street). This park is located at the top of college hill because we have Brown University and the RI School of Design located on this Eastside of Providence, RI. A main attraction to this park is the 35 ft stone statue of RI's founder, Roger Williams, who history writes was kicked out of Massachusetts and he came to RHODE ISLAND.
