One of my favorite places to visit is Jamestown, RI., a beautiful Island in the Narragansett Bay. A great way to spend a day with the family, this magical place is approx 45 min from Fall River, MA. Just over the Newport Bridge        You actually start to feel the magic as you cross the Newport Bridge, the scenic views of the bay are absolutely breath taking! On this particular trip we visited Beavertail State Park and the Beavertail Lighthouse Museum and Aquarium.          The Beavertail Lighthouse is the third oldest lighthouse in the United States, the museum is open for visits during the season.
