PA Horse Community Comes Together to Help A Fellow Horse Family On Monday, March 12, 2018, a huge fire broke out at the home of a local family on a horse farmette in the Nazareth, PA area.  Despite the efforts of the Bushkill Township Fire Company, along with other surrounding fire companies, the family's home was destroyed, with the possibility of the loss of their pets, two dogs and a cat.  They are hoping that the pets were able to escape.  Even thought they lost everything, fortunately, their horses were safe and unaffected by the fire.  It is hard to imagine anyone going through something like this.   This family was highly active in the horse community.  They dedicated many hours participating in or supporting the various horse activities and organizations.  Therefore, the neighb...

50+Acre Property at 460 Cedar Road in Bangor, PA - SOLD!!                                             Past clients of mine had expressed an interest in this property, which is located close to where they bought a farm a few years ago.  When it was noted that it was going to auction, and pre-auction bids were being accepted, my clients informed me that they wanted to see it. After seeing the property and house, they decided that they definitely had an interest in buying it.  Since I was representing them, I put in a pre-auction bid online for them.  Their bid was based on what my feelings were as to what the market value was of the house and property in its current condition.   A couple of days later, I contacted the auction company with questions from my clients about the house and pro...

JUST SOLD!!  47+ Acre Farm in Northampton County, PA                                             I am happy to say that my farm listing on 4519 Laurel Drive in Northampton County in Eastern Pennsylvania sold.  A happy young couple are now the new owners of the farm.   They have several great ideas for the farm, but haven't quite set anything as yet.  One thing they do plan on is building a new home, possibly extending it off of the old farmhouse that exists.  It would be quite nice to keep a bit of the farm's history and blend it with the new.   Congratulations to the new proud owners!!  Wishing you both the best with your new property and home.
