Looking to buy a home in Crawford County, Pennsylvania? You might want to make a quick check to see if you and the property are eligible for a Pennsylvania USDA Mortgage, also known as a Pennsylvania USDA Rural Development Loan. Here's Why...  USDA home loans offer a few benefits that other mortgage programs cannot match, including no down payment and financed closing cost. If the home appraisal allows, the closing costs can also be wrapped into the mortgage resulting in no money needed at the closing table. USDA is the only mortgage program that allows for all closing costs to be financed into the loan amount on a home purchase.  Interest rates for USDA mortgages are comparable and often lower than the low fixed rates of Conventional, FHA and VA financing. The USDA Mortgage program doe...

Homes for sale near Fort Belvoir and Franconia Looking for a quiet, suburban community? Look no further than Hayfield. Hayfield lies between Newington and Franconia. This town is a quiet corner with little traffic or noise. Head downdown and you'll find Hayfield Plaza Shopping Center - and little else. Huntley Meadow Park occupies most of the south side, which enhances Hayfield's small-town feel. Even the Coast Guard station in the middle of town is more like a park than a military base with its trees and other landscaping. That doesn't mean there's nothing to do in Hayfield. Hilltop Driving Range and Golf Course is nearby. Kingstowne Towne Center can meet your shopping needs. Fort Belvoir is close by. Although it feels isolated, Hayfield is close enough to the city for commuters to wor...

Being a property manager in Crawford County, Pennsylvania as well as other areas in the U.S., it can be very tiring, but as well as rewarding.  I love being a property manager and meeting and working with individuals, but it can be time consuming.  I just had my first child and I am finding somewhat hard to work it into my job.  Maybe just cut back some hours, I really do not want to get a nanny.  Does anyone have some advice?

I find that most of the people here on this site are real esate agents, brokers, or managers.  Is anyone here an actual property manager as myself? I really haven't met many.   I would love to converse with any property managers (specifically here in Crawford County Pennsylvania)... It always seems to help to find new tricks in the area.

One of the best parts of being a property manager in Crawford County, Pennsylvania is that I get to interact with some of the best and generous people in the business.  I manage properties all around the nation, but the hospitality here in Pennsylvania is one of a kind.  I grew up in this state and I will always carry a sentimental bond to the area.

I recently noticed some of my clients talking about relocating to Crawford County, Pennsylvania which has been extremely exciting lately.  In the past I haven't done much business in this area but it does now poke an interest to me.  After doing research I've noticed the population has grown quite a bit in the past few years.  I will defiantly have to look in to having more property here.

When I have clients that are looking to relocate to a smaller, more traditional area.....maybe they are starting to raise a family, I often mention Crawford County, Texas.  I find that the property and land values are quite respectable there.  In the previous years the real estate market decreased in the area, making now a better time to buy.

Managing properties sometimes has its up and down sides for me.  Though I love my job, I find it somewhat stressful when I cannot in any way please my client, no matter how hard I truly try.  Now do not misunderstand me......I do love my job and I really love the satisfaction of pleasing and helping people, but when they do not understand that you can only do so much it is hard to explain why.  Many of my clients in Crawford, Pennsylvania are some of the best clientele, we all know there are difficult customers.  For me, It's just getting past the ones that you cannot help anymore. In the end If you love your job it's how much you truly give it.

As a property manager of real estate,  I am well aware that our current economy is not optimal, but we all need to keep in mind that the economy in general fluctuates-- and especially that the American economy has an unprecedented amount of capital behind it. We have invested our lives; I don't have to tell anyone this. Economically, the U.S. continues to be a vital market particularly in terms of consumption. I have yet to come across a client who has been unhappy with his or her purchase. I have found that the media are over-reacting. My clients continue to look for new homes, and continue to be able to afford them.  In the end I still love managing properties Pennsylvania, specifically Crawford County.

Though I manage real estate in other areas around the nation, I find that some of my favorite places are here in Crawford County, Pennsylvania.  If clients are looking for large, beautiful lots Crawford County has a lot to accommodate.  It also borders Erie County, Pennsylvania which is a great county to close to and of course, being in Crawford County you are in a short driving distance to the city of Erie and the Lake.

Springboro, Crawford County, Pennsylvania is notable known for its beautiful, neat, and handsome homes. I have clients coming to me constantly trying to get their hands on these.  Of course it's hard to get your hands on these homes because they have been passed down years upon years, and I'm constantly looking for these to go on the market.  If anyone has any information regarding this area let me know.  thanks!

Pymatuning Lake is also said to be the largest man-made lake in Pennsylvania, which attracts people to the city of Linesville located in Crawford County, Pennsylvania.  I love this area because of the beautiful surroundings and often recommend this area to many of my clients.  Many of my clients that are looking for homes find this area a good choice for them because it offers many property choices for those looking for larger lots.

Does anyone know how the market is doing in the city of Meadville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania?  I have heard some mixed reviews about how the real estate market is doing.  I haven't had too much action going on here, but I have had a pair of clients looking into maybe buying property here.

This is my first time on this web-site and I'm quite surprised to find how many bloggers are on here.  This looks like a great tool to communicate with fellow men and women in the business.  I'm located out of the city of Titusville in Crawford, County, PA.  This is a great area for real estate.
