 City Government is A BUZZ when regulating wildlife... or maybe the word is CLUELESS.  Read the City of Lock Haven PA sign very closely. Not only do the Czars officials of the City of Lock Haven believe they can prevent BEE's from buzzing around the forests of their water shed, they have clearly posted a discriminatory policy that may cause them great discomfort in the honeycombed halls of the county courthouse.  During my visit to the area I observed flies, knats, and beautiful butterflies floating among the flora in close proximity to the precious mountain water.
