Wow, what a great and amazing area West Chester is......Exton, West Chester, Birmingham, Thornbury, Downingtown.....the "CENTRAL" part of the County!   Not to be trite but LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.On Monday I saw a property appear on the market.  In our multiple listing system you can post a property, ACTIVE, no showings which essentially means that Buyers can be alerted by their Realtors that it is on the market but you can't see it until a certain date.When I saw this property I said, Wow, Smart Seller, pricing it RIGHT, smart AGENT, picking a price that would make this  property a good BUY.  Good thinking.  I tell Sellers all the time, if you want $300, price it at $300, no need to mess around with inflating the price because the Buyer will low ball you.  Fact is, the house will ... 01/19/2008
