I was astonished and decided to use this as this week's Philadelphia Steals and Deals. I purchased some of these items myself and was shocked that they worked. As the man in the video suggested, I also made it a point to read the labels. i   Facebook is working on so many futurist ideas it would blow your minds. They are working with cameras and microphones in Reality labs to create new technology of an AI system with building lifelike avatars. really cool stuff. Video an Oldie but Goodie from NYC I was looking for a video for a friend and came across this old video I made. Not great quality but fantastic advice on how to blog. It was at RainCamp in NYC the best advice was to comment on other members posts,  This is how you create relationships. The other important advice was to be yourself. Write the way you think. Don't try to be someone you are not.    Happy Spring Give Aways National Ravioli Day in NE Philly  Today was a beautiful spring day although some people comment that Spring was not until 6:58 PM. The trees are starting to bud. The local Rita's water ice companies and Dairy Queen were giving free water ice and ice cream. I gave up eating desserts and sweets so none for me  There was however an Italian Ravioli P&S company offering Ravioli buy one get one free on Facebook  These are better than homemade. Not that I make homemade, Ravioli theses are really really good. When I got down there the sweet lady said don't you want to mix?   It's the first day of Spring and time to Spring into Flower Power. Could not resist buying some fresh flowers to mingle in with the artificial ones. Made the house smell fresh even Cleo could not resist a sniff. Flowers Brighten up our days and open up our minds. Sometimes they even make us sneeze.   If you are having lunch Sunday at Tiffany Diner on Sunday there are no luncheon specials. You will be choosing from the dinner special menu. No worries the selections and prices are still wonderfully priced. You can still order breakfast and just about anything you want. Service is good and so is the eggs benedict. Brookhaven is a small row house community in the Torresdale community. When you think of a row house you think small. These houses are far from small. The average size is approx 1386 sq ' not including the lower level. We should really refer to them as townhouses.  I remember having a young couple out looking at homes.   Past clients called me to assist their parents. They needed to move them into an assisted living facility.  Mom had been ill for some time she had limited mobility and Dad had a heart condition. They lived in a two-story Row/townhouse with a finished lower level. The house was in disarray.  The roof had leaked they had it replaced. The damaged it caused was not fixed. There were water marks on the ceilings and walls. Plus the watermarks were on wallpaper so that made it look even worse. The carpets needed replacing but under the carpets were hardwood floors.   Wasn't sure if it was a joke until Grace called me from the airport to say she was here. She wanted to see as many houses as I could set up. She wanted to start tomorrow and could I pick her up at the hotel   Grace was from a TV show called Home Team. We needed to find a house that needed a little work. Some updating and could be vacant.    Today I woke up to snow. I was surprised as a friend of mine argued with me and said it was not cold out and it was not going to snow.  The temperature was high of 17 degrees with wind chill of zero . That is cold for me.  Everyone I spoke to said it was bitter cold out.     Wednesday you may have heard I drove home in a snow squall. Could not see in front of me. Thankfully I had just had four new tires put on and the roads were freshly salted. My hands gripped the steering wheel tight my teeth were clenched the only thing I could see were the car lights in front of me. The snow stopped when I was two traffic lights from home . Unless I have something important to do I am staying home

   What a difference a day makes . Yesterday the temperatures were in the mid fifty degrees . Today it was around 12 degrees . That is a drop of forty degrees in one day with sub zero wind chills  . One of my clients said it was not too cold .She was the only person that said this .  To tell you the truth no way I was going outside unless there was a reason to . There was no houses to show or condos . Everything I needed to do I could do on the computer from home .  Early this morning I made a banana bread . This afternoon I made spicy chicken .
