It was a great weekend for showing homes.  Everywhere I went there were lots of people and plenty of traffic. Felt like a three day Holiday weekend. Like last weekend. I cannot help but wonder, is this a sign of an upswing in the real estate market here in the Poconos. The phones are ringing more often, more and more email inquiries are being received.  Call me an optimist but I think this is a positive sign. Today, even after a light snowfall which made the roads a tad slippery this morning, was a beautiful day. Especially once the sun started to peek through here and there. Not enough sun peeking for me however in the months of gloomy winter I will take whatever sun peeks I can get. So back to my point, plenty of people around meant people were spending.
