Like many of the rest of you Lucy and I watched the debate last evening...I don't care about your political leanings, that's your business and no one elses...Today, on numerous TV and radio talking head shows we were informed about the 'half truths' mentioned by both candidates in the debate monitored by political fact finders...How about this?...Have the fact finders present at the debate and immediately notify everyone if the statements made were truthful...That would shake things up.

So, I was sitting around with a craving for vegetable lasagna...I checked out recipes on the web and came across one from the Pioneer Woman http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2011/04/vegetable-lasagna/ that I modified with what I had on hand...I used the basic recipe, added zuchinni along with the squash, a big bunch of fresh kale (cooked down), some fresh sugar peas that I tossed in at the last minute with the kale, a little more garlic and onion...This is exactly what it looked like before it went in the oven...I swear the dish weighed 10 pounds when I took it out...Check out the recipe, modify it to your liking...You won't be disappointed!
