I looked up the mls  last week to look for homes that sold recently. Here are some of the sales : 1 BR 1 bth 29 year old  1 story condo sold for $120,000. Taxes were $2254 and condo fees are $183 / m 3 Br 1.5 bath 2 story condo sold for $207,500 Taxes $3284 3 Br 1.5 baths townhouse with home owner's association sold for $213,000 HOA fees are $126/Q 3 Br 2.5 bath end unit with hoa fees of $126/q sold for $240,000 It has a full basement. Holland Preserve is a wonderful active adult community in Holland Bucks county pa. I looked up the mls and saw that there were two sales in last six months. One 2 bedroom 2 bath,  with garage  third floor end unit sold for $247,000. It was on market for just 16 days. It was 8 yers old. Condo fees are $320 per month.It was Brockton model. There was another unit that sold for $250,000. It was marketed for 48 days. There is one home on the market right now listed for $225,000 It is Ambridge model THese homes were built by DeLuca builders.   10/18/2011
