Spring.......yes we are anxiously waiting for Spring.  As Spring approaches all of us who are REALTORS are looking to a brisk season of selling and listing.  What I have found so far this year is a little bit more conservative than last year.  Folks are still hesitant to list and buyers are still hesitant to buy.  Everyone wants the other person to give all they can so that they can get all they want.  I guess you can say that we see a little bit of a "dance" going on.  Shall we call it the Housing Dance?
