Easter Egg Hunt at Dansbury Park in E. Stroudsburg, PA 18301   The Easter Egg Hunt at Dansbury Park on Day Street in E. Stroudsburg, PA is sure to be a Monster Egg Hunt with over 10,000 eggs. The Year To Date Market Summary for East Stroudsburg PA 18301 to Sept. 2012 When reviewing the Data we first take a look at the Number of Listings in the East Stroudsburg area.  The Active, the pended, and the Sold number of Listings.  We can see that the number of Pended and Sold has remained steady throughout the year, however they are greatly under the number of Active Listings.  Just the fact that the Pended and Sold listings have been relatively consistent throughout the year, is a hopeful sign for many of us.  Hopefully they will improve as the next year progresses.
