Starting off the beautiful Monday morning is a great way to get the blood moving here in Downingtown, PA.....the heart of Chester County and a place of growth, change and historic beauty. I must admit that I have been slacking a bit lately.  My three days a week of racquetball has slid to 1 maybe 2  lately beacuse of work and scheduling...ok my lack of energy.....no one else to blame but me. That lack of energy has turned into apathy and a BIG change in the waist area......how I yearn for the days of a 38 waist.....LOL My lovely wife dragged me out of bed today and I thank her for it.  The weather today is also a factor since it was in the 50's and sunny.....just leads itself to making the move.  I also threw myself on the floor to do a few sit-ups and planks....they make me feel great ... 05/05/2008
