Even though I pour over my writing and listings in the MLS, today I realized that I need to be more conscientious about my writings in comments section. Spelling and grammer and descriptive words were all I was focusing on. Well, after seeing so many plain descriptions and poor grammer, I always want to make sure mine is perfect. But there was still something missing.The more listings I view, the more location seems to be slipping from the commentary. And it is so important to articulate exactly how, and in relationship to conveniences, homes are situated. We all know the first thing is price. If we get that right, it doesn't matter where it's located, but I rarely see comments in the MLS about location other than the standard, "conveniently located near shopping and transportation."
