  I was previewing a new development off of route 115 called Keswick Pointe in Blakeslee in and the sales person on-site indicated that sprinklers are going to be mandatory in the state of PA for new construction. This is the first time I have heard this. Can anyone add more info? Is this fact or fiction? Are there sq. ft. requirements? What kind of cost will this add the the home.
