  How many agents have had buyers who they have worked with for long periods of time . My usual time for buyers in three to four times out write an offer . Now we all know the way the market is now . Inventory is really low so we maybe up against multiple offers and the buyer may not get the house . We move on to the next house .   I have been working with a couple that own a house do not have to sell to purchase and can pay cash . I wrote an offer we received a counter offer and they wanted a new front door if they came up in price . Well this was not going to happen so they rejected the counter offer .The house sold to another buyer for the price they were countered     Three months later another house comes on the market in a hot area .   What a wonderland of flowers ,plants , fruits herbs and vegetables of all varieties . There was a time they only excepted cash. I just found out they now except credit cards I was so excited .   You can find a variety of very fresh flowers at extremely reasonable prices . I did notice when there is a holiday the prices  are higher but still much more reasonable then you can buy at other stores . They even have some pottery and vases..    Looking for fresh herbs . They are as fresh as you can find at Produce  Junction . On some days fresh crusty Italian bread . Every type of potato you could think of .  Today is my granddaughter Alexis 14th Birthday . Last night we went out to Shogun a Japanese Restaurant in Bensalem . We had California rolls . They were so good we ate six orders .  I used my Chop sticks we needed to hunt down a waiter for Alexis as she could not use them .We needed to get her a fork .  Although our meal was a little difficult for her because she could not use the phone she did put manage to put it away .    Today I decided to take a break before the Arctic cold air comes in to the Philadelphia Pa area . I had a free movie coupon I could use to see Star Wars but it will be too crowded when it first comes out . I checked seating and it is already  sold out for the first day . I will wait for the first few weeks for the crowds to die down . So I decided to use the ticket to see another movie   Three billboard outside Ebbing Missouri is not a special effects kind of movie . Nominated for a Golden Globe in her performance Francis Mcdormand needs to get her point across about her daughters murder     She  buys  advertising space on billboards .  I have a small Family here in Philly . My daughter Johanna and son-in law John have blessed me with four grand children .For this I am so thankful .  Their ages range from 8-16 . I have two beautiful granddaughters and two handsome grandsons . They fill my life with joy . Each one is an individual . I can not believe how time flies  . When I look at my oldest grandson who is learning to drive I remember him as a baby . What fun we had taking pictures of him and posing him .  All that know me in the Rain know I am Thankful for my Cleo . She is my Siamese cat . She was a gifted to me from my daughter Johanna . I stayed with my daughter and her family before I moved into my condo . Her cat became very attached to me that Summer . They went down the Seashore for a few weeks and Cleo and I spent many days and nights together . When I moved my daughter gave Cleo to me . My grand-kids wanted a dog if I had the cat it was like they could still have both .  I am very thankful for Cleo . My grandson Aidan says we are made for each other .  She  is crying at the door until I open it  when I come home If she is in the bedroom she comes running when I open the door  She is a loving companion and I am grateful for her  .  My oldest granddaughter Alexis and I finally went out to eat dinner . The Shogun Japanese Hibachi Grill & Sushi was our choice  . Located in Bensalem 2080 Street Rd We feasted on four orders of spicy tuna and shrimp  California rolls .  Lets go to the movies . This one is a funny feel good movie . To be honest I thought right another chick movie and maybe it is ; but it had me roaring . Yes this movie was so entertaining from start to finish . Smile on my face enjoyable . I did not expect to like it .   Like  I did not  .  I loved it . I even saw it in a regular movie theater .Well there were only me and some people in the back so I could put my feet up ;but there were no reclining seats .  The spoiled movie brat who I am still  wants the comfort of the padded reclining seats . However  I still enjoyed this hilarious amusing comedy . Heartwarming and well acted .   Hurry if you miss it  in Theaters you may soon catch it on DVD .  I live in a Condo so I have a window sill garden . At one time Orchids were a plant that I could not grow then suddenly I got the hang of growing Orchids . Now I have a window sill full of Orchids. When I go in my second bedroom to see my Orchids Cleo runs in no matter what she is doing to check out what is going on .We talk to the plants and politely ask for flowers .I take my hand wave it and say Swish flowers please Cleo looks at me in amazement   The Orchid in the picture that is blooming was dying at Produce Junction last year . Today was a special day . I lunched with a friend I worked with for thirty  some odd years . We have worked together in the same office  then I left . Then I went to another Re/Max and she left and came with me . She stayed for five years then she left. Well we are both summer babies so we met for lunch at our favorite Chinese Buffet .
