And be sure to smell the flowers along the way. ~ Walter Hagen I took this photo while sitting in the front row at the Scandinavian Festival in Junction City, Oregon watching school children perform traditional Scandinavian dances.  This young girl, dressed in native costume, was twirling and dancing, stopping occasionally to smell the flowers in front of the stage.  The pure innocence of the moment made me appreciate again Walter Hagen's quote about being sure to smell the flowers along the way.
