How was the real estate market in January?  Only 2 homes on acreage sold in January, but that is pretty typical for the season.  Only 2 homes in Jefferson sold also for the month, but they did sell for more than asking price.  Between low inventories and low interest rates we expect to still see a tight real estate market for the Spring.  Real Estate values are at an all time high, which is great news for sellers, but not so great for buyers.To see the full infograph click the link for Jefferson Oregon Real Estate Updates for January 2020.

How is the rural real estate market around Jefferson, Oregon?  Glad you asked!  I have compiled the data for all of 2019, breaking it down by acreage size with a home.  Less than 1 acre, 1-4.99 acres, 5-9.99 acres, 10-19.99 acres and 20+acres. You can find out how long it took the homes to sell, the average sold price, the average discount given by sellers, how many of those are currently for sale, and the month's of inventory.  Month's of inventory is very indicative of the type of market we are in.  Anything under 6 months  shows that we are in a seller's market.  Six months and over shows that we are in a buyer's market. If you click the link you will see the full infograph for the 2019 Jefferson Oregon Rural Real Estate Market.   Have questions about the Jefferson real estate market...
