After spending 5 days at the cottage on the Lake at my cousin's - I was off to small town Coldwater to catch the coach to big town Toronto!  While waiting for the bus I had a few hours to check out this quaint little village. The Coldwater Mill - This Landmark Grist Mill was constructed in 1833-34 for the Ojibwa natives who had been settled on 3969 hectares (9800 acres) between the Coldwater River and the Narrows at Orillia on the western side of Lake Couchiching.                               Don't you love this house?                                     Now with a sign like that who would't fall in love with this cafe? :-) Fuzzy's Cafe   My stomach started growling and the aroma of blueberry peach coffee cake drew me in to Back in Thyme.
