Last night we were driving and we saw the strangest creature it was just around the corner from our home in The Meadows of Bear Creek in South West Barrie,Ontario. We thought it was a cat climbing up a snow bank and then we realized it was too big to be a cat, as it ran across some open lots, my first thought was that it was a large fox or maybe a coyote, but then we both noticed its tail! It was tufted and standing up, almost like an African warthog, or even a lion’s tail! Over-all the outlook for the housing market both nationally and locally is positive for 2013. National home sales edged up 1.3% for January 2013 over January 2012 and the National Average Sales Price rose 2% compared to January of last year.
