The location is the southeast corner of N May Avenue and NW 164th Street. Home sizes range from 1,204 square feet to 2,279 square feet. Sale prices over the last year have ranged from $116,500 to $199,900. The homes were built between 1995 and 2007. This is a great first-time buyer neighborhood. Angie Debo Elementary School is just around the corner. There are no neighborhood amenities in Seminole Point, such as swimming pool or clubhouse, but this is a great location.
