Well has anyone taken the course "Caught on Camera?"   I have not taken the course yet but I will be on the list when the next course is given.  I heard that this is about the agents being tested and caught on camera.  Whether it is through a Seller or buyer!  It is a 3 hour CE given here in Ohio.  Basically, it is a refersher course on the rights and responsibilites under the Sherman Anti Trust Act.  Don't get caught on camera saying and doing the wrong things!!!   I think agents need these refresher course to let them know that we cannot bad mouth another agent etc.,   Being ethical and obeying the law is the key in keeping your real estate license.   Any comments:   Maria
