Willoughby Ohio Home For Sale - Seller’s Words To Me I Got the Sweetest Phone Call from a Willoughby  Ohio Home Seller.   About a year ago I sold their Willoughby Ohio Home and it was hard on them.  It was a Senior couple who had lived in the home for over 40 years - original kitchen - original baths.  To say the least it was vintage 1960 ish   It was an emotional time for the husband as his wife was ill and the reason they needed to sell is they had to move to assisted living for her needs.  The family was literally moving the wife/mother to  the assisted living place straight from the hospital.  And of course having to sell your home because it  is simply getting to be too much is hard on the heart.  So my time with the husband and wife was a bit stressful.     Their daughter is who ...

I am so excited to introduce you to my favorite Yoga and Pilates studio  -   Harmony Studios in Downtown Willoughby Ohio I am very grateful to be reunited with my yoga practice at Harmony Studios and I have one of my clients to thank for that!    One day we were chatting about exercise and I mentioned that I really want to get back to my yoga practice, but I had no desire to travel as far as my old studio had moved,  my client shared the news that Harmony Studios is owned by one of her friends and she teaches the style that I follow.   I make it a mission to give my business to those I know or connections of others, so I looked up Harmony Studios and got myself to the very next class I could.  I think I could live there!   Oh my gosh, the atmosphere is welcoming and its a real feel goo...

Don't assume that all the condos are the same or very similar. Just stop by and see how diligent renovation, great taste and decoration skills made this three bedroom Willoughby OH condo different. It's priced obviously higher than some bank owned units in the same Big Turtle II. However, the scope and quality of renovation, love and care is incredibly larger than a difference in prices. Your clients' carefree living, enjoyment and gratitude are priceless! Please visit our Open House and let your clients know about this wonderful deal. You owe this preview to your clients!     Broker s Open 11/03/2009 11:30am-1:30pm Overvie...

Rino's Woodworking Shop, Inc. located at 36475 Biltmore Place in Willoughby, Ohio 44094 and (440) 946-1718 is the place to go to for all things wood, and especially moldings.  Their motto is: If you can dream it, we can build it. In our old Shaker Heights, Ohio home, we were doing some renovations and we needed some additional baseboard moldings to match our original 1925 baseboard molding -- not something you can find in your typical lumber store or big box retail. I found Rino's on the web, call and spoke with Dan Ritosa, and the rest was history.  I brought in a piece and they custom made what I needed exactly at an affordable price. Please note: I do NOT, repeat, do NOT receive any kind of compensation or any kind of benefit whatsoever in recommending this fine woodworking shop.  I ...

I am taking a survey for Realtors and Consumers....... Realtors - What do you believe is the worst mistake you have made or even expierenced in the past with your buyers and sellers? Consumers - I want to know what you think makes a great Realtor, whats your expectations and what has your worst expierences been.... Granted no Realtor is perfect, however I am doing this survey to get advice and stories on what people really think about Realtors and the mistakes they believe made for a terrible expierence. Everybody's comments are greatly appreciated!!

I studied the market this evening in hopes that with the increase of showings I am personally receiving in November. That October would have been a better month then September. However I am going to provide the stats below. Lake County Oh, I averaged all the areas in Lake County Oh for the Month of September and October and here are the Statistics. September = 165 homes sold through out lake county. (Mentor being the biggest hit with with 54 homes sold)October = 154 homes sold through out lake county. (Mentor being the biggest hit with 42 homes sold)The statistcs show that October was 1.2% behind September. However, I have noticed that November for us has been extremely busy with the amount of showings we are receiving on our properties. I do feel that the word is getting out to the ...

Leslie Appleton Young (Chief Economist and VP of The California Associaton of Realtors) posted an analysis on rismedia that I found very exciting. In her words "If You Currently believe the Internet is the #1 factor to Real-Estate" YOU ARE RIGHT!!!The statistics below are trends since 2000. "If Your Not On The Internet You Will Not Be Found"- 94% of Internet buyers found their agent on a website- 63% Found them on an Internet Search- 0% of Internet buyers found their agent through brochures, flyer's, yard signs or mailers.- In 2000, 28% of people said they used the Internet as a part of their home search.- 2006, 70% said they did.- 86% of home buyers started on the Internet before they even started looking for their specific home. - 14% Of People Did after they started looking. - That...

Is word getting out there to the buyers???? According to Realtor.org October was a much better month then september for buying.... Is it working? Is all of our efforts of speaking that its such a great time to buy, your going to see a huge appreciation on the value of your property and the interest rates are at a 40 year low!!! Well, compared to last October we did sell more homes.........But there is so many efforts being done in trying to promote that we are in a great market to buy. I do feel we are going to see an amazing increase soon in home sales.... Personally, I would be plunging all my dollars into investing in this market.

Everybody in America is dreaming big, but what is everyone doing? Are they just getting by? Are we really taking the initiative that we need to be taking, and exploring all the options we really have. Are we all just sitting day by day waiting for something to come to us, or are we going and getting it ourself? I believe if we dream big and fight for it we are going to receive it. Dreaming it but actually living it is completely different. So lets go out and get what we "ALL DESERVE". Lets FIGHT for what we have "Worked For".
