Fellow Realtors-I would greatly appreciate your thoughts, advice and input on a simple question that I have.I'm going to be listing a home very soon that is located in one of the top rated school districts in Ohio. The home is also located adjacent to a busy retail strip containing various businesses. (literally right behind a strip-center for one example)I've spoken with the zoning folks and it sounds unlikely the home can be rezoned to commercial and even if it can be, it will be about a 6-month process. Here at Stage a Star....we've been very busy these days DE-staging the homes we've been staging in Cincinnati because they are SOLD!   We were thrilled to hear the news that this beautiful home in the suburbs of Symmes Twp SOLD in just 46 days!   The homeowner called Stage a Star prior to putting the home on the market.  Her main concern was the living and dining room areas because there was no furniture in these spaces.
