 This is a follow up to my post Respect http://activerain.com/blogsview/159157/R-E-S-P . The wonderful young couple that I met have closed on their new home. It is a 3 bedroom ranch with 2 baths and a 2 car garage. The sale price was 135,000.00 and the home is in great condition. As you recall the REALTOR® that they first met told them to give them a call when they were serious about looking for a home. They are young she is 19 and he is 21.  When they went through finacing they tried to qualify for the Ohio First Time Buyers loan program but they ran into one major problem. They made to much money!
