Here are some not-so-obvious reasons why: The 153 properties are well maintained and manicured. The trees, which are quite a status symbol in suburban settings, are tall and healthy. Our pear-tree lined streets are one of the jaw-dropping sights in spring. This year's show was superb! Check it out! There is only one way in and out of The Steeplechase, so it is a very peaceful setting.
