We've heard this so much for the past year and it remains true here in the Cincinnati, OH market. The homes that are selling are those that are priced right for this market and cared well for. Home owners pay real estate companies a great deal of money to sell their homes. We need to be honest with the owners and ask them to cooperate with us to get them the most money in this market. I just spoke to an agent yesterday who went to a listing appointment and offered suggestions to the owners. The owners laughed and said "you can tell us all that we need to do, however we aren't going to do anything because it's been good enough for us".
