 Today was a good day.  Actually, a VERY, VERY good day!  After the cash buyer had to quit the original deal, we went back to Active in MLS yesterday afternoon, with showings to start Saturday morning.  This Lebanon Ohio ranch home at 1010 Blossom Heath Rd offered 4 bedrooms and plenty of space for an asking price of $125,000.  It could use some cosmetic attention, but otherwise a great place to call home!    The showings lined up quickly and we had 6 showings scheduled for today (and another for Sunday).   AND we had Realtor.com contacts asking about the home late in the afternoon too.Out of those 6 showings, 4 wrote offers, another would have if their schedule wasn't booked.  But no worries, with "only" 4 offers our seller still had a great choice and this evening signed off to accept...
