OR you can look for a two story home with a first floor mast...

How Much Is My Lebanon Ohio Home Worth? It depends.  Really.  There are so many factors and so many influences.  While the only thing that should matter is what homes have SOLD for that are most like yours, there's more to it than just that. Bottom line, your Lebanon home is worth whatever a buyer will pay and you as the seller will accept.  Hopefully the appraiser and bank don't disagree with that price!  Because while an appraiser may put an exact dollar amount on your home, when we're selling your home we're really dealing with a range of prices. At the bottom end of the range is the data point where you need to sell FAST, or you have condition issues you can't or won't correct, or you have high power lines or a busy highway beside you.  There's also new construction you're competing ...

2012 Year-end Lebanon Ohio 45036 Condominium Market Report It's been six months since our last Lebanon condo market update, and with the books closed on 2012 it's the perfect time to provide an update on the Lebanon condo niche!  So how have Lebanon condos for sale performed since our last report?  Lebanon condos aren't a large section of the overall Lebanon home market, so our updates are less frequent than the Lebanon single family home reports.   All condo activity reported here is Cincinnati MLS and Lebanon School District.  The majority of these condos are two bedroom/two bath. The bulk of these transactions occur in either Fairway Crossings (off SR 63) or in Ironwood at Shaker Run.  The Fairway Crossing condos are mostly apartment style condos and typically well below $100k in pri...

Lebanon Mason & Monroe Railroad & Lebanon Sign Renewal Contract! It's official, the train will keep on rollin'!  Per The Cincinnati Enquirer, the city of Lebanon and the Lebanon Mason & Monroe Railroad have signed a fresh contract and will keep the tourist attracting railroad operating from historic downtown Lebanon! That's great news for the small businesses dependent on walk-in traffic the LM&M brings to downtown Lebanon.  While the number of riders for LM&M may be down over the last few years thanks to the tight economy and area consumers reduction in entertainment dollars, LM&M is still a critical contributor to the local scene.  It was a tough decision for the city of Lebanon government.  Dollars are tight, revenue is down, and agreeing to maintain the five miles of railway necessar...
