Being a car guy in Northern Ohio I see lots of cars dieing a slow and painful death. And thought I would share some simple tips to help keep your car live a little longer..  We all know changing the oil and filters helps your car. And keeping...

Well we are 3 race's into the new season and we have some very unexpected people up front in the points...  So who will do good and who will fall behind? Coming in at 5th in the points is David Reutimann... With 3 races down his average finish is 10th He seems to be off to a great start for the 09 season...But will it last? His average finish at Atlanta is 29.3 not one of his better tracks.. Coming in at 10th in the points is Bobby Labonte... With 3 races down his average finish is 15.7. And Atlanta is one of Bobby'sbest tracks with a career of 6 wins 12 top 5's and a career average of 16.6 this is a track he has a great chance at getting to victory lane.....It is looking like his new team got it together.. Well my trip to Vegas was pretty fun.....and I got some pretty good shots of the track.and all the other great thing to do there I was in the middle of turns 3 and 4......the race was great lots of action on the track lots of lead changes and a few wrecks and if your a Jr fan don't sit in turns 3 and 4 it is loaded with Jeff Gordon fans (lots of boos for Jr and crazy cheering for Jeff) This is the fly over before the start of the race you talk about some precision flying these boys can do it... This is Jeff Gordon leading the race before his little missing pit road incident that cost Jimmy to lose the race....The race was great and my seats were awesome  it was a blistering 75 F  there... that's hot for at home it was in the teens and when I landed in Cleveland Ohio Monday I was still w...

Ok so Thursday 2-26-2009 I'm going on a little trip...Well ok a big trip I'm going to be flying to Las Vegas... some of you say o what fun....Well not me ... You see I don't want to fly in a 737.....Yeah I know Boeing 737's been around for 40 + years and air travel is among the safest way to travel....but  look at all them controls....that is crazy.... So What is my problem with a 737 you ask?  1st thing I don't know how to fly it... 2nd thing is when I am going in the air I would like to have control over what is putting me 30,000 to 45,000 feet up.....and the 3rd thing is I really don't think that I will get to sit up front with the captain...Its some kind of law... Look at that it is a thing of beauty I would love to get behind the wheel of that monster and put the pedal to the metal...

Wow today is the day....for race car fans .. today is the grandaddy of racing it is the Daytona 500.. Just about every weekend we go to my dads house to watch Nascar and have a family dinner. Which is pretty cool. My step-mom makes great food and we all have are own favorite drives. There is lots of cheering and yelling and fun...But I wasn't sure we were going to go today because of the news we got Friday. You see my dads dad (my grandfather) has been sick and this past Friday he past away..He was 81 and he lived a very full life up until the last 2 years or so... Well like I said I really wasn't sure what was going to happen. I called my dad yesterday and he said everything is still the same come on over. So that got me thinking... The most important thing in this life is your family....

A friend of mine is really into the recycling thing.  He tells me that every little bit helps....And that if everyone just recycles a few things they use everyday it would make a large impact on are environment....  I will be the first to admit I do not do enough to help I can do more and should....So with that said I was doing some research about what I could do to help. My first thought was (as I drink my coffee) we get coffee from the chain coffee shops a lot.  And they have Recycle on their cups but guess what their cups are not recyclable.....why because they are coated in plastic....So what to do about that.....Well I started thinking again!!!!..... yes I did. If we all take are own coffee cup in to the chain coffee stores or mini stores that sell coffee to go. We can all have a ...

How would you like to have a broker/owner like this every day he e-mails me Daily Motivation like this.... "Do you realize that your life at this very moment is the result of everythingthat you have ever thought, done, believed or felt up until now? You can startright now to consciously and deliberately attract whatever you desire in thislifetime." and ends it with this    "Every day, in every way...your success is my business".    every day he takes the time to e-mail something to his agents it could be something new happening in the field or some kind of class that we can go to or some update from Century 21....My point is Tony cares about all his agents..He told me once that he don't care if an agent sells 1 house a year or 100 a year as long as you give it 100% and do your best.....

Ok so we already have anywhere from 25-30 inches of snow on the ground and your woman has the day off from work....What do you do? For starters don't ask her what she wants to do...because the next thing you know your getting hair cuts ,shopping ,and going to the post office in the middle of a snow storm...Mind you the snow don't bother me a bit to drive in it, I have a 4x4 Ranger that goes through anything....But she wantsto drive and it's her Neon..(it does not go through slush at all).I already don't like her driving and she knows it. She drives me crazy when there is no snow, let alone snow covered roads...I'm not sure how she got her drivers license, My guess the instructor thought she was cute.;-) So what do I do ....I bring my camera to take some photos of the drive to share with...
